Broadband, Fixed-Element
Multirange Wattmeter for
Analog Wireless RF Applications, 251000 MHz
The Model 4304A wattmeter is a popular choice for quick testing over
multiple power and frequency ranges, and for many two-way communications applications. A
single, permanently mounted, 25-1000 MHz element delivers full-scale measurements from 5
to 500 watts. A high quality line section keeps insertion loss to less than 0.10 dB from
25 MHz512 MHz and 0.13 dB from 512 MHz1000 MHz. The resulting full-scale
accuracy is ±6% to ±7% (depending on frequency).
Performance is stable to 1000 MHz. Insertion VSWR with the supplied female N-type connectors
is a maximum of 1.07 at 512 MHz1000 MHz and will not exceed 1.05 VSWR at 25
MHz512 MHz. A chart mounted to the back of the instrument lets you easily determine
antenna or load VSWR from power
measurements.
- Permanently mounted broadband element covers 25 MHz1000 MHz and
5W500W.
Ideal for service work where speed and ease-of-use are a top priority.

Cellular Specialist Multirange
Wattmeter for Analog Cellular,
440960 MHz
The Model 4308 provides measurements with ±5% full scale accuracy for analog cellular systems and
subscriber equipment. This instrument is also a good choice for low to medium power analog
RF measurements in the UHF and 800960 MHz band.
If you work with digital cellular, the APM-16 is a better choice with its ability to handle both digital and analog RF technologies.
- Fixed-element design for analog cellular applications.
