The CVT1225-PP is an option board designed for use with all
Motorola’s M1225 and P1225 radios except the LS models. The option board
supports standard conventional formats, the LTR � protocol and the Passport� protocol.
Programming of the CVT1225-PP is accomplished using the CVT-SJI-PP software and a Motorola
compatible ‘Radio Interface Box.’ Inexpensive installation kits for the
different radio models are available from Motorola. Part numbers as of print date are
