WISCO International (Newmar -AC Ship/Shore Switches & Panels)

An Ac source selector switch is an essential item for any boat with an on-board AC generator and/or inverter. The switch eliminates the safety hazard and/or damage that can occur if two AC sources are applied to the same circuit simultaneously.

These switches are fitted with a compact escutcheon plate with engraved switch position nomenclature (mounting dimensions below).

The switches carry UL, CSA and VDE approval and feature heavy duty contacts and a positive step cam mechanism for low resistance contact closure. May be installed in panel with thickness up to 1/4".

Ship/Shore Switch Panel Blank Model: SSB

Mount any of the stock or special order ship-shore switches listed above in this highly versatile panel blank. It accommodates any of NEWMAR's 3 kW, 7.5 kW or 15 kW switches configured as two position plus off or three position plus off.

A label set of 22 common AC functions is provided. These fit into milled recesses in the panel which correspond to the various switch positions. The panel is manufactured of 1/8" thick black anodized aluminum which is stylishly accented with a complementary gray silk-screen patina which matches other Newmar panels. The switch is secured in place with press-in studs on the panel rear.

The panel is also engineered to accommodate indicator lights for each of the active AC positions. Lights are sold separately.

All panel and switch mounting hardware plus mounting bracket hardware for the optional indicator lights is provided. Panel dimensions: 3 3/4" x 5 1/4"
