 Excaliber™ Mobile AntennasSinclair Excaliber™ antennas are low profile antennas designed for a wide range of mobile applications.  Their design renders them relatively inconspicuous and resistant to damage. In the UHF version, applications include: taxis; police cars; emergency vehicles; buses; trucks; motorcycles; trains; tractors; marine vessels; airfield services and materials handling equipment. The VHF Excaliber™, in particular, has become a North American standard antenna for railroad locomotive service. 
The low band VHF Excaliber™ (121 T/B) has found its place on electric utility service
trucks and other industrial service vehicles where the conventional quarter-whip and most
alternative antennas cannot survive the rough treatment they receive, or where the whip
itself is a hazard. Accessory cable kits to suit specific applications are available for the Excaliber series antennas. |
